Service Description
For clients with a valid Naaza Intro Ticket (event or gift). This is an experience session for one selected service and does not include a full assessment or diagnosis. Ticket Rules: One ticket is valid for one person and one selected service. Each person may redeem an Intro Ticket only once per service type (e.g., Acupuncture once, Cupping once). You may try additional services with additional tickets. If you do not have an Intro Ticket, please book a Non-Member service instead. Late cancellations/no-shows within 24 hours may forfeit the ticket.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation / reschedule notice: 24 hours. 2. Late cancel / no-show: deposits are non-refundable; ticket/package bookings may forfeit the ticket/visit or incur a fee. 3. Booking in advance: 12-hour minimum notice.
